Dishonour of cheque for insufficiency, etc., of funds in the account.— · (a)the cheque has been presented to the bank within a period of six months from(i) Section 138(1), which deals with discharge orders, stipulates that the Bankruptcy Trustee should apply for the discharge of the Bankrupt before the Adjudicating Authority.
